There is no other system or registry in place like Equine Performance Registry of Australia. The company provides so much more to members through support, education, performance incentives and recognition of all horses across all disciplines.

Unlike other breed societies and associations, the company recognises all horses by identifying them through parent verification (where possible), genetic testing, allocating performance points records and providing members with proof of
ownership.

Equine Performance Registry of Australia (EPRA) exists for the members and for the love of the horse industry. EPRA believes in providing a central hub to support the community of breeders, owners, riders and trainers, regardless of their chosen event or horse breed.

They recognise all horses, even those that are unable to be registered with other breed societies due to not meeting their specific criteria.

The EPRA Horse Registration is a lifetime registration of each animal tracking horse ownership for traceability, animal welfare and notification purposes. They provide an affordable and efficient system to identify all breeds of horses and each horse is allocated to the owner with full members details on file.

With recognition of all horses, these animals are identified according to their bloodlines and breed/s and are individually coded for full registration in the EPRA registry. Proof of ownership is provided to the owner/s with an original Certificate of Registration, which is very valuable to a competitor that has formerly been faced with restrictions.
